RCT Mayor Meets Rhys Cycle in Aberdare

Rhondda Cynon Taf Council Mayor Jane Ward meets Rhys Cycle, the Council’s Recycling Champion at the Santa Parade in Aberdare.
It was difficult to move in Aberdare for the Santa Parade 2007 as people came from afar to see the reindeer parade, Scooby Doo and of course Santa.
Mayor Jane Ward was carried through Aberdare Town with Santa on a special carriage, and switched on the Christmas Lights at a brief ceremony below St Elvan’s Church, Aberdare.
